Past

No one quite knows when Ursa Veaux was born, they just know she was born in Ishgard to a highborn Elezen couple. She appears to be in her thirties, but rumor has it she’s been around for more than a century.Growing up, she knew she was different from the rest of her peers. Her older sister would tell her she’d eventually grow into her role as a proper lady in high society, but Ursa never believed that for a moment. As she grew older, she knew in her heart of hearts that she belonged on a different path.When she became of age, her parents arranged her marriage to a known abuser. He was another highborn Elezen, but an abuser nonetheless. Ursa was distraught when she found out who her betrothed was. Not only was the man a monster, but she had begun a secret love affair with one of his Hyur servants.The day came for her to be wed, much to the dismay of her secret lover. As it turns out, her new husband knew all about the affair and brought him in to be tortured and killed in front of Ursa’s own eyes. When she tried to bring this up to her family, they shushed her and told her that it wasn’t her place to be meddling.She strengthened her resolve when she realized no one would help her but herself. It was at this point that she began devising a plan to leave the life she’d always known.Some time later, her husband suddenly and mysteriously died. The Temple Knights immediately questioned Ursa and even suspected she was the killer, but they didn’t have proof. That didn’t matter though, when one night they broke into her home to try and forcibly take her away. Ursa was prepared for this, however, and managed to evade their clutches.Having stayed on the run for several moons, she decided to change her last name from Veaux to Vexx but recently changed it back to Veaux. She did her best to forage and survive on whatever she could find throughout the Black Shroud and due to her being a Duskwight, locals weren’t very kind to her at first. At this time, Ursa began honing her magickal skills as a caster and fortune-teller.Finally, after some time she decided to explore the eastern region of the Black Shroud where she eventually stumbled upon an empty cottage. She found that it was haunted by a ghost named Frucani Wawacuni aka Franz. He likes to eat banana ponzecake.

Present

Currently, no one in Ishagard knows of her existence, at least that she’s aware of. Her parents and sister have long since passed on, yet Ursa remains alive. Rumors of an immortal swamp witch living in Shirogane swirl around the region. No one knows when she arrived, just that she’s been there a long time.Ursa now runs an apothecary called Heartbloom Hollow within Shirogane, supplying the local residents with elixirs, potions, and insights to their future in the form of reading tarot cards. Her inventory has also expanded recently to include occult items and floral arrangements. She works as a courtesan at Luxuria on Saturday nights, as well as a courtesan and dancer at Iron Gear and Idol (respectively) once per month.In regards to her skills, Ursa knows there is always something new to learn and having mastered her caster jobs, she recently has become known as a Soul of Magic. She’s proficient in all tank and healing classes and most DPS classes. Ursa prefers healing above all.Recently, she engaged in salacious activities with a Shapeshifter in his Incubus form. After a very long night together, she woke up physically changed. Her pointed ears were gone and she had grown a pair of fluffy bear ears and a matching tail. She was no longer an Elezen, but her truest form in that of a modified Viera-turned-bear cub.

Future

Ursa is still getting used to her new appearance and attributes, while continuing her adventures in Eorzea. She'll never tire of wreaking havoc at the venues she works and befriending allies across the region.In a similar fashion to omegaverse lore, she someday would like to be part of a MMFMM pack where she is the sole submissive [omega], and collared to one or more of the men.But for now, this swamp witch will keep assisting assisting the locals with her magick and fortune-telling within Heartbloom Hollow. If you see her in the wild, don't hesitate to say hello.
